Full Digital Wedding Service
My comprehensive wedding coverage begins by getting to know the bride and groom. You need to feel comfortable with your photographer, and I need to understand just what you want. We will have a couple of meetings to discuss details and your plans for the day. Then on your wedding day, a familiar face shows up instead of a stranger.
You are hiring the services of a photographer and an assistant photographer for the entire event.
We have the experience and equipment to handle a wide variety of photographic situations, creating high-resolution digital images. During the initial meeting(s) I will discuss your preferences for color, grayscale, sepia tone, or duotone images. I attend the rehearsal to meet the bridal party, families, friends, wedding official, and any other people involved in the wedding. While I am doing my homework, these people also get to meet the photographer. This really helps break the ice and prevents surprises. I shoot candids at the rehearsal, and do not attend the rehearsal dinner.For peace of mind, we carry enough equipment and supplies to shoot two weddings. We take every effort to safeguard your photos and bring along studio lighting equipment for portraits at the reception.
Basic Wedding Service
For those dlients who desire professional coverage of the wedding ceremony and portraits immediately afterward, I offer a a basic service. We will meet to discuss arrangements and complete the wedding information form. I arrive at the wedding, shoot the ceremony and portraits and depart. This package is provided at a reduced rate.
High Resolution disks
There is increasing interest in hiring a photographer to create disk images of events, rather than provide an album of prints. Please see the pricing page for this option. We provide the labor, and burn images on dvd media.
Albums
I use the Maxima "Eloquence" album in either 10x10 or 5x7 sizes. The album accomodates a variety of mattes and allows you
to mix and match print sizes as you wish. The client is free to fill a 12 page (24 sides) album with any combination of prints for the same price. This is a very handsome library bound album. I use only photographic prints, not ink jet printing.
In the very near future, I will offer a line of press-printed coffee table books. This popular concept allows the client to design the layout and come in a variety of sizes and prices.
